When both raids are complete, hand in
the Diseased Wing Fragments and Shadowscale of Vishimtar to Chieftain Relae
Aderi to receive Sanctity of the Keepers, increasing your ability to resist
detrimental spells. Make sure you have completed "Origins of the Curse"
before handing in the items, or he may eat them.
